Come help us celebrate St. Patrick’s Days at the Port Pub and Sea Level Brewery, the way it should be done! As Chef Peter Welton teams up with our brewmaster Randy Lawrence to prepare a five course dinner menu and day of flavourful pairings. Each one of our Sea Level beers complement all five courses prepared; from inspiring pairings, to being cooked directly into Chef Peter’s menu.

Celebrate the kick off for this year’s Winter Icewine Festival, as the campus will be transformed into a Fire and Ice wonderland with amazing ice sculptures, music, and food carvings.

The Gala showcases an evening of local Nova Scotian craft beer, wine, spirits and culinary experiences. Organized by the Tourism and Culinary students from Kingstec Campus, the Acadia Music program will be hosting a multitude of musical stations throughout the night.

This event has provided funding to sponsor significant lifelong Clean Drinking Water initiatives in developing countries for over 600 people. Help us turn wine into water!
